How do I make sure my contract goes to The Hay Group?

To make sure we receive your contract, refer to items 5 and 6 of the title contract form and follow the example below. Once executed, please email a copy to openorder@haylegal.com.

  1. EARNEST MONEY:

    Upon execution of this contract by both parties, Buyer shall deposit $____as earnest money with (insert escrow officer name) at Independence Title Company, an escrow agent at (insert either 611 W. 5th St, #300 or 1903 Cypress Creek Rd., #102).  Buyer shall deposit additional earnest money of $_____ with escrow agent within ___ days after the effective date on this contract. The Hay Group’s escrow and related closing fees are priced competitively, reflecting our commitment to delivering an exceptional experience. Although the Texas Department of Insurance posts title insurance rates for Texas, we build beneficial relationships through outstanding service.

What about “hidden fees?”

We do not charge any “junk fees” like courier, copy, overnight, download, fax, funding or wire fees, demonstrating our commitment to provide an outstanding service.
