[AUSTIN, TX] – Kim Martinez joins the Title team as another Escrow Officer at The Hay Group, a fee office for Independence Title Company.

Moving from Texas in the 90’s with already 10 years in the real estate and title industry, Kim has experience in many areas ranging from Real Estate Agent to Real Estate Paralegal and ultimately as an Escrow Officer. She returned to Texas in 2004 and continued her career as an Escrow Officer in Austin.

With a very diverse career in real estate, she is drawn to the complexities of commercial transactions, while still enjoying residential transactions and never turns down the opportunity to work on those as well.
