Bailey hails from Burnet, Texas. While she is a Hill Country girl at heart, she’s always been drawn to Austin, and looks forward to establishing roots in this beautiful city, and exploring everything it has to offer.
Graduating from Texas A&M in 2017 with a degree in Allied Health Bailey worked in the sports medicine field as rehabilitation coordinator. But having grown up with a home building father, the real estate industry captured her full attention, and she started her career in title. Bailey quickly learned the closing process by doubling as a Mobile Closer and Business Development Officer. Her experience at the closing table augment her sales and marketing skills and makes her a well-rounded addition to the sales team.
Bailey values her faith and family above everything. She enjoys sports, photography, traveling, and trying out new hot spots for food and entertainment. On the weekends, you’ll find her wakeboarding and spending time with her family and friends on the lake, or partnering with her sister to do hair and makeup for central Texas brides.
Originally from a small country town in southern Arkansas, Jimmy made his way to Texas via the United States Army. Jimmy proudly served his country in the 507th Medical Company, Air Ambulance, from 1999 – 2002. Toward the end of his service, he was stationed at Fort Hood in Killeen until his discharge in 2002. Some of his Army buddies had moved to Austin, so he decided to head south and call Austin home. He currently lives in Pflugerville with his wife Marci, and his two charming but challenging children, Mac and Lynnlee Pearl.
After his honorable discharge, Jimmy worked his way through college as a waiter and bartender. He completed his undergraduate work at Austin Community College, then transferred to Texas State University, where he obtained his Bachelors of Public Administration.
After graduating college, he was hired as the Site Security Supervisor at Flint Rock Falls by Securitas Security Company. Following that, he took an opportunity as an Outside Sales Associate for the Fastenal Company. Soon after, Viking Fence Company recruited him as an Estimator/Project Manager, and he served in that position for 7 years until being promoted to General Manager. The General Manager is responsible for an $11 million-dollar annual profit and loss statement as well as recruiting, managing and training a team of contract estimators/project managers and employees. He is also a partner in a Land Management and General Contracting company called Texas Made GC LLC., specializing in land clearing, land prep, and retention pond maintenance.
Outside of work he loves racing thoroughbreds and is an avid outdoorsman. He loves to hunt, fish, and explore God’s creation. He is a pro staff hunter for Bearded Outdoors USA and an R&D Pro for First Lite Premier Hunting Apparel. Anything that gets him outdoors, out in the country, especially with his kids, is his passion. Currently expanding into western big game hunting, Jimmy has made goals to harvest a Mule Deer, an American Pronghorn Antelope, and a Rocky Mountain Elk, in the next three years.
