Originally from Wellington, Florida, Idara recently arrived in Austin looking for new adventures in the big city. She and her fiancé, Tyler, are making a home for themselves near downtown, with their two dogs, a scruffy senior terrier named Chaplin, and George, their new basset hound puppy.
Idara honed her outstanding customer service skills working in the retail industry, and kept the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center in Tallahassee superbly organized as the Administrative Assistant. Upon arriving in Austin, she worked as an Escrow Processor with a boutique fee attorney office, and discovered she had a knack for processing title. She especially loves clearing up the challenges and mysteries that appear on title.
Our clients greatly benefit from her experience and willingness to go above and beyond to get transactions over the finish line. She is committed to making sure every client feels they are in good hands, and that their transactions are safe and being handled with outstanding customer service.
On the weekends, you’ll find her catching up on her favorite shows, eating great food, and tending to her plants and pups.

Stacey Coleman got her start in the title industry while in college. Her part time job was preparing lender packages all day long, giving her a solid understanding of the escrow process, and igniting a passion for the industry. That foundation paved the way for her career in escrow, which has spanned twenty-four years so far. Stacey says that the best part of her job is sitting down at the closing table with the buyers, sellers, and their agent. Being able to work with so many different people is what makes her truly happy.
Born and raised in Austin, Stacey now lives in Kyle with her two teenaged sons, Tyler and Parker, their sprightly nineteen-year-old “puppy” Nicki, and other dogs, Bert and Junior. To unwind, Stacey loves to cook and tend to her homegrown tomatoes. She’s an avid movie fan, and is fascinated with true crime. When she’s not feeding a houseful of teenagers, you’ll find her volunteering at the Human Society and PAWS, the animal shelter in Kyle.
