The 2014 Burnt Orange Benefit Tailgate, benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, was another success, Saturday, Oct. 4, generating over $15,000. While the game, UT vs. Baylor, did not have a favorable outcome for the Longhorns, the event was well attended.
The Hay Legal Group, organizers of the benefit tailgate for the 4th year, scheduled three bands to entertain the crowds – Brandon Jenkins, Waterloo Revival and Aaron Navarro.
Sponsors included Covert Chevrolet GMC, Security National Mortgage Company, 12 Rivers Realty, Exacta Texas Surveyors, Old Republic, Supreme Lending and PrimeLending.
The 2015 Burnt Orange Benefit Tailgate is set for Saturday, Oct. 24 for the UT vs. Kansas State game.
