Originally from Odessa, Texas, Jennifer Cisna moved to Georgetown, Texas in the summer of 2000 upon accepting a new job offer. She fell in love with the Austin area and knew this would be her forever home. She now resides in Leander with her significant other and her children.
Jennifer started her career as a part-time teller at a bank in West Texas in 1994. During the next ten years, she was promoted rapidly and spent several years managing bank branches in West Texas as well as Austin. As a bank manager, she was also trained in mortgage lending. In 2004, Jennifer wanted to spend more time at home with her two young daughters, so she transitioned within the bank to a mortgage lending position that would allow her a more flexible schedule. Jennifer enjoyed seven years as a mortgage loan officer, but she had quite a curiosity about the title side of real estate. To her delight, in December of 2011, Jennifer was unexpectedly offered an Escrow Assistant position at a local title company and her career and experience in escrow took off from there.
Jennifer joined a very successful, high producing team and spent many years with them as she learned and progressed quickly to earn her escrow license. She became an Escrow Officer in April 2014 and truly enjoys every facet of the vocation, and her previous experience as a mortgage loan officer has deepened her understanding of the entire escrow process. She prides herself on her customer service skills as well as her problem-solving skills. She is very detail oriented and loves numbers, but she finds no greater happiness than the joy of handing her clients keys to their new home.
Outside of her work family, Jennifer has three daughters, Kaylee, Amanda and Bethany. She also has a son, Aaron and a grandson, Toryn. Her children and grandson are her heart and soul. Her time away from the office is always full of family meals and movies. Jennifer also has a passion for travel and she and her long-time boyfriend enjoy their annual trips abroad immensely. They have a mutual goal to travel to a different country every year.
